- If you are unable to attend due to an emergency, please withdraw in advance and inform the group chat so your spot can be given to someone on the waiting list. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session, where no replacement participant is found, will still require payment. Refunds will be processed within two weeks and returned to your bank account.
- At the end of each match, please pass the shuttlecocks to the players of the next match. If you need to use new shuttlecocks, please return the used ones to the shuttle collection area.
- Please follow proper badminton etiquette. Do not hog courts. Games should primarily be doubles, and after one game to 21 points, players should rotate off the court to allow others to play.
- 如有急事不来请提前主动退出，并在群中说明，将位置让给其他候补人员，少于24小时内取消，而且无人顶替的费用照付。退款会在2周内处理后返回银行账户。
- 每场结束后请把羽毛球传给下一场的球友。需要更换新球的请把旧球带回取球区。
- 请大家遵守羽毛球运动礼仪，不做球霸，打球以双打为主，21分一局之后下场换人。
